I did this painting not too long ago. This was actually a project for my Art and Design class at school.
I wanted to create a painting that had a meaning behind it. So I decided to paint a picture of someone who had something to hide. The girl in this painting has alot of envy but she doesn't let it show by her actions. She tends to hide it by making herself look prideful and proud. The two green figures to the left and the right, represent her envy. In truth, I believe that everyone has an envious side to them even if it not obvious. That belief is what inspired me to create this painting, "The Girl With Envious Sides. " *Painting was done with Acrylic paint* |
